How this site makes money today
It does not. The Closing Binder currently participates in no affiliate programs, runs no advertising, accepts no paid placements, and receives no compensation from any lender, broker, or vendor mentioned anywhere on the site. Every tool and every article on it is free to use.
What may change
Lender referral partnerships may come later. If and when they do, this page will say exactly which relationships exist and how they pay, referral links will be labeled where they appear, and the change will be dated. Until this page says otherwise, no link on the site pays us anything.
What will not change
The lender rankings are computed from the SBA 7(a) FOIA file, a public federal dataset, using a published methodology. No lender can pay to appear in them, move up in them, or stay out of them. Any future partnership will sit beside the data, never inside it.
